Scope Definition

Before designing any restoration project, it is important to understand not only the types of conditions which must be addressed, but also potential options for treating those issues and what can reasonably be expected when work is completed.  We assist owners and architects throughout the design process, providing scope-oriented services such as:

  • Quantitative conditions surveys
  • Conditions documentation, including reports which identify problematic issues and discuss potential options for treatment
  • Testing programs
  • Conservation studies
  • Site assessments
  • Specifications consultation
  • Evaluation of submittals and standards
  • Construction administration
