Preconstruction Testing

Preconstruction testing programs afford an opportunity to closely evaluate conditions, diagnose problems and investigate potential options for treatment.

Keystone assists architects, contractors and building owners with testing programs that help define project specifications.  Services include:

- Forensic probes
- Borescopic probes
- Moisture measurement
- Cleaning tests (chemical, poultice, microabrasive)
- Paint removal
- Composite repair
- Repointing

Testing can be completed for a variety of materials, including natural stone (granite, limestone, sandstone, etc.), architectural ceramics (brick, terra cotta) and composites (architectural cast stone, mortar, stucco, plaster).
