Chris established Keystone Preservation Group in 2005. He possesses more than 20 years of experience in architectural conservation, architectural history and construction. He holds a B.A. in History from Dartmouth College (1992) and an M.S. in Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania (1997). Chris has been designated a Professional Associate with the American Institute for Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works (AIC). He has published or presented technical and preservation-related studies with the Journal of the American Institute for Conservation (JAIC), Association for Preservation Technology Delaware Valley Chapter (APT/DVC), Preservation Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission (PHMC), New Jersey State Historic Preservation Office (NJ SHPO), the University City District and the Allentown Historical Society. He has been a guest speaker for the historic preservation programs at Drew University and Roger Williams University, providing lectures on various aspects of architectural conservation. Chris' volunteer and civic work includes experience with the Doylestown Historic and Architectural Review Board, Doylestown Planning Commission, Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County and the Frank Lloyd Wright Building Conservancy.
